This is an excellent phone. Superb construction and OS7 is a nice upgrade to past Blackberry OS. My experience purchasing through Lets Talk was equally satisfying.

After owning a Curve 8330 for over two years, and waiting and waiting for RIM to release a fantastic BlackBerry...Well look no further, it's finally here! The Bold 9930 is truely a premium flagship device that incorporates the Iconic Bold 9000 design with sleekness and style. The Bold 9930 Qwerty keyboard is the BEST keyboard on a smartphone, let alone a BlackBerry. The UI and display is comaparible to the iphone 4. The call quality is superb, not one dropped call in two weeks of owning the Bold 9930. Battery life on the Bold 9930 is actually very good. Only two major cons of the device is the original launch price of $250.00 and the lack of apps that didn't transfer over from OS6 to OS7, Hopefully in the coming months, that will be updated. Overall this IS the best BlackBerry device ever made, hands down.

The number 3 Button just fell off, no one has swapped it out even though it's within 30 days. Drops call. And now I have a phone that I can't dial a 3.

Coming from a BB 9800 the 9930 is a whole lot better. The updated OS system is a major improvement over BB 6.0
